Warranty

Our homeowners can enjoy their homes with the security of the Bella Homes Customer Care Program.  After one year, your home is protected by our Bonded Builders two and ten year warranties.

Routine, timely maintenance is an integral part of keeping your home’s charm and beauty.  By following the guidelines in your Bella Homes Homeowner’s Maintenance Manual, you will protect your home’s value and ensure years of pleasure and comfort.

Bella Homes Customer Care is made simple.   Warranty repairs should be submitted on a Bella Homes Customer Care Request Form at 30 days and eleven months after closing on your home.  You may submit your request by either:
